Baba Ghanoush



Finally, finally cooked something from a cookbook! From Vegetarian Planet I made Baba Ghanoush.

Ian nipped down to the Al Amin and bought a selection of middle eastern goodies to serve with the Baba Ghanoush. So dinner consisted of Baba Ghanoush, hommous, pitta bread, avocado and tomato salad, olives and pickles, felafel and ful medames. Oh with havla and cinnamon ice cream for dessert.
